I found this (scary) article on slashdot after seeing something about it on the news in Belgium.

Again, our governement is prooving that they don’t do what they are supposed to do: serve and protect the belgians, that’s what happens when you get someone on top of IT that knows nothing about it in the first place.
Another reason for the world to think about Belgium as “that crazy little country”.
Seriously: Oh. My. God.
