Butterflies Instead

Whenever I hear this song I get shivers allover my body. It’s very special to me, I’ve always been in love with K’s Choice (or with Sarah Bettens?) and their songs. Somehow I can totally understand what they sing about, and their lyrics are so much better than those of most bands.

A few years ago, I had 3 albums of K’s Choice.

• The Great Subconcious Club
• Paradise In Me
• Cocoon Crash

The first album I got was “Paradise in me”, a friend of mine (jerre aka ixinix) gave it to me and I fell in love with the music right away. I remember I couldn’t fall asleep unless I heard 4 or 5 songs of their album “Cocoon Crash”, of which this song.
I used to play a lot of their songs on my guitar, and after a year or 3 I found out my teacher had actually played with K’s Choice as bassist. I was very impressed.
